Clarified Water

Clarified water is produced through the processes of sedimentation, filtration and chlorination. Lower quantity and concentration of chlorine is used in chlorination process for clarified water, compared to process water, so that a very small amount of chlorine is left in the clarified water product when it is distributed to customers. This product is in great demand for customers in heavy industries such as petrochemical, given that chlorine may cause corrosion in machinery and equipment used in thoses industries.
