We focus on

Energy saving through new innovations and efficiency improvement. For instance, Wetland and Aerated Lagoon which are biological wastewater treatment systems that are environmentally friendly and consume significantly less electricity for wastewater treatment. This project, in cooperation with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), follows the late His Majesty King King Bhumibol’s footsteps in treating waste water biologically, by co-adapted a “wetland project” that is environment-friendly, nature-based and suitable for industrial estates. The constructed wetland treats waste water efficiently and reduces energy consumption in the treatment process. The treate water from constructed wetland can be recycled by factories for gardening and other purposes.

UOC overview

In 2019, WHA Group established the Unified Operation Center (UOC), a real-time monitoring facility situated on the 9th floor of WHA Tower. The UOC serves as the central hub for overseeing and managing various operations within WHA Group. Its dashboards display real-time data on environmental parameters such as air quality, rainfall volume, wastewater quality, and solar power production.

The UOC's primary objectives are Predictive Maintenance and Energy Optimization. It forecasts potential machine malfunctions to facilitate proactive maintenance, thereby reducing downtime. The Energy Optimization system analyzes data to enhance energy efficiency plans.

Overall, the UOC plays a crucial role in WHA Group's strategy to leverage technology for improved operational performance and sustainable growth.

Solar Forecasting: Enhancing Solar Energy Production and Management with AI by WHAUP

REVERSE OSMOSIS Performance Forecasting by WHAUP

RO Performance Forecasting harnesses the power of Machine Learning to monitor equipment performance efficiently and cost-effectively. This tool accurately predicts membrane lifespan, enabling effective maintenance planning (CIP) and membrane replacement.

The system minimizes production disruptions and enhances operational efficiency by tracking critical parameters such as water temperature and contaminants, including heavy metals and microorganisms. Even with inconsistent water quality sources, this technology ensures stable water quality. Accurate predictions of RO membrane lifespan are crucial for maintaining high water quality from filtration processes.
