WHAUP Named Best Innovative Company Awards at SET Awards 2022 for its Peer-to-Peer Energy Trading Platform

Mr. Somkiat Masunthasuwun, Chief Executive Officer of WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited (WHAUP), announced that the company received the Best Innovative Company Awards at the SET Awards 2022 for its “Peer-to-Peer Energy Trading: Future of Energy Market”, a power trading platform in industrial estates. The platform was developed to allow buyers and sellers to freely trade solar energy using blockchain technology. This reflects the company's commitment to adopt innovations in line with its plan to drive sustainable growth in the future.
